Bullying
Bullying, where one person or a group of people, frightens, threatens, intimidates or hurts another person, repeatedly and over time is not acceptable at our school.
Bullying can be:
Verbal - put downs, name calling, threats
Physical - hitting, punching, kicking, scratching, tripping, spitting
Emotional - ignoring, excluding, ostracising, alienating, whispering,
spreading rumours, writing notes, dirty looks, stalking, hiding or damaging possessions.

Students, staff, parents and carers do not want bullying at Merri Creek Primary School. If you are being bullied or you know someone who is it’s important to ask a teacher for help.

Parents may contact the Principal, Dionne Wright or Assistant Principal, Jo Wheeler about behaviour concerns.
